Shipping Info

    We allow one business day for processing on all orders. For Standard Shipping, your total order delivery time will take between 5-8 business days, depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination. For Priority Express, your total order delivery time will be between 2-3 business days (depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination). Your shipping address must be in the United States.

    We are not responsible for any delays or cost in shipping once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Due to COVID19, USPS is experiencing a delay in estimated delivery times due to shortage of personnel. We understand your frustration and wish we could get your order to you sooner. If your order is affected by USPS delivery delays, please contact USPS directly so they can further assist.

    All orders ship Monday to Friday, between 9-4pm EST, excluding federal holidays within the US.
Mail services including USPS and FedEx are known for scanning packages before the items are actually delivered so we always suggest waiting a few days to see if the package turns up. Since SPATI NYC is not affiliated with these mail carriers, please address all USPS and FedEx questions pertaining to lost or stolen mail directly with them.
