Do you accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express?

 Yes, however because we have a secure cart checkout, your "billing" address must be verified.

 

How do I cancel my order?

  Only orders that have not been processed for shipping are eligible for cancellation. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, kindly provide us with the below information, along with your Order ID, and email it to spatinyc@gmail.com for a cancellation free of charge.

 I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

   Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.

 

Can you mark my international order lower than the stated value/and or a gift?

  We are unable to mark orders with a reduced value. As required by law, all orders will show their full value on your shipment’s customs form. Declaring that a paid order is a gift/reduced value in order to avoid import duties is a violation of international trade law. Customers are responsible for any taxes or tarries levied upon their purchase by their local customs office. Kindly contact your local customs authority for more information.

 

Do you offer free samples?

  We do not offer free samples at this time.

 

 What is the estimated time for shipping orders?

  Given high volume, please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. We are working to get orders out as quickly as possible.

 

 How long does it take to receive an online order?

 Given increased volume, please allow 3-5 business days for deliveries once your order has shipped.

 

I need to track my order.

  You will also receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number(s) for your order once it has shipped.  Also, you can track your order through our online store. Just go to our web site and click on “Track my order”, then put the tacking number and you will see the status of your package.  If you need assistance with your order, please provide the order number and email address used to make the purchase in the Contact Us Form and a Customer Care representative will assist you as soon as possible.

 

Will I receive a shipping notification?

  Yes. In the event your order is being fulfilled by more than one location, a shipping confirmation email will be sent for each shipment. If some items cannot be fulfilled, we will send you a final email detailing any items that maybe short shipped or cancelled.

 

How I will know if my order was delivered?
