Refund Policy

     You are important to us and we do everything we can to check your order accuracy prior to shipping. If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please include your name, order number and a picture of the damaged product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Unopened product from our online shop may be returned for a full refund (excluding return label cost) within 30 days of the purchase date.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened/used products.

Returns must be returned in its original packaging.

Go to our online store, then go to Contact Us and send the return request with a reason of return, your name, and order number.

After that we will send you the prepaid return label.

Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

Send all items back to us using the label provided

When we receive the item we will do a full refund (excluding return label cost) to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Duty or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
